Richard joined Erickson, Bell, Beckman & Quinn after clerking for a district court judge in Minnesota’s Tenth Judicial District. Richard began his legal work in the criminal justice system while clerking at a metro-area county attorney’s office during law school. During this time, Richard appeared in court on behalf of the State, researched legal issues, wrote district court and appellate briefs, and supported the charging process.

Richard is an Assistant City Attorney and prosecutes on behalf of North St. Paul, Roseville, Vadnais Heights and White Bear Township.
