Workers' Compensation
We represent injured workers in connection with their workers’ compensation injuries. The workers’ compensation law in Minnesota provides wage replacement, medical benefits, and vocational benefits to employees who are injured or become ill due to work-related activities. Covered injuries include specific injuries, such as those caused by a single, identifiable incident (e.g., a fall or machinery accident), repetitive trauma or overuse injuries, which develop over time from repeated physical stress, like carpal tunnel syndrome or tendonitis; and occupational diseases, which are conditions caused by exposure to harmful substances or environments at work, such as asbestosis or chemical poisoning. Minnesota law requires most employers to carry workers’ compensation insurance, ensuring coverage for eligible workers regardless of fault.
